Position Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in learning about our products, features, and technology
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing process
- Follow up with customers and maintain positive relationships
- Communicate with prospective customers through walk-ins, phone calls, internet inquiries, and referrals
- Stay current on Chevrolet and GMC product knowledge through training and certification programs
- Support team goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and ability to dress appropriately for a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Basic computer skills
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
