What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for residential new construction projects.
- Review blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine project scope.
- Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations.
- Coordinate with builders, project managers, and field teams to ensure estimate accuracy.
- Request and evaluate vendor and supplier pricing.
- Track bid opportunities and maintain estimating records.
- Assist with value engineering and cost-saving recommendations.
- Support operations with change orders and pricing as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience estimating residential electrical new construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and electrical drawings.
- Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and construction management tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
