Duties
- Keep jobs on schedule by providing solution focused customer service.
- Actively track the status of orders and shipment, identifying potential delays and taking proactive measures with customers when needed.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues for the southern territory, while looking into options for promptly solving their problems with professionalism and empathy.
- Set the internal example of excellent customer service to the Operations team by fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Identify trends and issues in customer-related processes by analyzing feedback, recognizing pain points, and proposing solutions for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Set and monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response time, and personalized service delivery.
- Works closely with the Operations Manager to align customer experience efforts with business goals and strategies.
- Perform other assignments as requested by the Leadership.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years previous customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication to various audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with a track record of resolving complex customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong excel and computer skills.
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
