Job Overview
T.B. Powell Crane & Rigging, LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting crane operations by assisting with equipment setup, material handling, transportation, and maintaining our fleet and job sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist crane operators with the safe setup and dismantling of cranes at job sites.
- Load, unload, and secure crane counterweights, rigging equipment, and project materials.
- Safely move crane components, equipment, and materials to and from assigned job sites.
- Perform general labor duties in support of crane, rigging, and transportation operations.
- Clean, inspect, and help maintain cranes, trucks, trailers, and other company equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas both in the yard and on job sites.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and DOT regulations.
- Work effectively with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Pursue opportunities for advancement through training, service commitment, and continued learning.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Conway, SC yard.
- Previous experience in construction, general labor, heavy equipment, or a physically demanding environment preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Overtime and weekends as needed
Work Location
Reporting to Conway, SC.
Daily travel to job sites throughout South Carolina and surrounding areas is required.
