What You’ll Be Doing
This is not a “sit back and support” role—this is a lead from the front opportunity:
- Take ownership of complex engineering projects from concept to completion
- Lead project planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and resources
- Serve as a technical expert and decision-maker across projects
- Represent engineering in meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Analyze data, solve problems, and drive smart engineering decisions
- Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and quality standards
You’ll play a key role in shaping outcomes—not just executing tasks.
What You Bring
We’re looking for engineers who combine technical strength with leadership presence:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited required)
- 7+ years of progressive engineering experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Experience with tools like Primavera, CADD, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead teams, influence decisions, and communicate clearly
- PE license (preferred)

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 (based on experience)
