ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Since opening the agency in 2019, we've built a small but dedicated team focused on providing exceptional service and helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I spent more than five years as a team member, which gave me firsthand experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in this business.
Outside of work, I'm a parent to three young children, ages 6, 4, and 2, so I understand the importance of balancing responsibilities while staying focused on long-term goals.
Our office consists of two in-office team members and one remote team member, creating a close-knit and collaborative environment. We maintain a laid-back culture with clear systems and processes in place, but we also have high expectations when it comes to effort, accountability, and customer outreach. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong work ethic and comfort with high call volume.

As a sales representative for James Bolte Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
