We are looking for a Crew Member to work within our team to provide comprehensive landscape care for residential and commercial properties. This role is a seasonal full-time position. Opportunities for year-round work for the right applicant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - The Garden Maintenance Crew Member will be responsible to…
- Perform routine garden maintenance tasks including planting, weed management, tree care, drip irrigation maintenance, and more;
- Communicate regularly with crew lead and other team members;
- Maintain professional relationships with Alpine team members, clients, and the public;
- Exhibit flexibility with schedule, changing priorities, and project demands as needed;
- Safely drive a company truck and trailer to job sites daily;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Successful applicants will…
- Be hard working and detail oriented;
- Have excellent communication and problem solving skills;
- Work well both independently and as part of a team;
- Consistently demonstrate initiative and good judgement;
- Possess some landscape and irrigation knowledge, but training will be provided;
- Physically be able to work long hours in all weather conditions and lift 50lbs;
- Have a valid U.S. driver’s license;
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Preference may be given to applicants who…
- Have at least 1 year experience in the horticulture and landscaping industry;
- Have experience operating power equipment;
- Have skills pulling a trailer;
- Have experience using BOSSLM software.
