Position Overview
Wire Tech Electric is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to maintain an efficient warehouse operation and ensure our field technicians have the materials they need to succeed. This position plays a key role in organizing inventory, preparing materials for jobs, maintaining company vehicles, and supporting daily field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain all electrical materials, fittings, devices, breakers, conduit, wire, and supplies in the warehouse.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular inventory audits.
- Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming deliveries.
- Pick, stage, and dispatch materials for technicians based on daily job requirements.
- Restock technician vans with commonly used materials and supplies.
- Keep company vans clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials before stock runs low.
- Coordinate material pickups and deliveries from local electrical suppliers.
- Verify purchase orders and packing slips for accuracy.
- Track tools and equipment to ensure accountability and availability.
- Report damaged, missing, or defective materials and tools.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Dispose of scrap materials and maintain recycling containers for copper wire, aluminum, cardboard, and other recyclable materials.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or construction material experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical materials is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
