What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory diagnostic equipment.
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Conduct safety inspections and road tests.
- Document repair orders accurately and communicate findings with Service Advisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in ongoing Harley-Davidson training and certification programs.
Qualifications
- Motorcycle endorsement/license required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic hand tools required (experience level dependent).
