What You'll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues

Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently

Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations

Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify solutions

Maintain accurate service documentation and job records

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
-
Knowledge of HVAC controls, equipment, and repair procedures

EPA Certification preferred

Experience using HVAC meters, tools, and testing equipment

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
