We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Remodeling Project Lead to oversee residential renovation projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of remodeling efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your leadership will drive team performance, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety regulations while maintaining excellent client communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead dynamic projects in a fast-paced environment, making a tangible impact on clients’ spaces and experiences.
Responsibilities
--Provide high level of on-site craftsmanship with Kitchen, Bath, Basement, Addition, and Full House remodeling projects.
--Provide high level of customer service to our clients.
--Work with our design team to deliver exceptional results.
--Provide daily updates, daily logs, accurate time entries, etc in our project management software.
Must be highly efficient in the following skills:
--Kitchen installation
--Bath fixture installation
--Onyx Shower Installation
--Floor Installation
--Tile Installation
--Framing and Structural Work
--Basement Completion
--Problem solving
--Custom and specialty projects and builds.

Pay: $50.00 per hour
