I am a Mortgage and Real Estate professional looking for a personal bilingual assistant to help me grow my business.
This is not an hourly job — this is a commission-based opportunity for someone who wants to learn the industry and earn real money with no income ceiling.
What you will do:
- Call leads in Spanish who are interested in buying a home
- Follow up consistently until documents are collected
- Guide clients step by step through the document process — with patience
- Update and manage CRM — GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Help with administrative tasks and social media posting
- Coordinate directly with me to move files forward
What I offer:
- $400 to $1,000 commission per closed loan

Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish/English — Spanish fluency required
- Organized, responsible, and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills and patience

- Sales or customer service experience a plus — not required
- Must have phone, computer, and reliable internet
