Patient Access Coordinator Full Time/Part Time
Bluffton, SC | 40 Hours per week/25-30 Hours Per week
We are seeking friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Access Coordinator to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while helping keep our clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Answer incoming calls and return voicemails
- Manage cancellations and reschedules
- Collect copays and patient payments
- Assist with patient paperwork and intake forms
- Scan and upload documentation into patient charts
- Fill schedule openings and assist with waitlist management
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Medical office or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
