We manage a large residential portfolio across LA with a heavy concentration of Section 8, Brilliant Corners, and other subsidy-based leasing. We're looking for a leasing agent who already speaks this world fluently — not someone who'll need to be trained on it.
What you'll do
· Manage lead-to-lease process for subsidized and voucher-holding applicants across our portfolio
· Complete and track RFTAs, HAP contract paperwork, and coordinate inspections with housing authorities
· Work directly with Brilliant Corners and other subsidy program partners on move-ins
· Maintain compliance documentation for Section 8 and other subsidy programs
What you bring
· 2+ years leasing experience with Section 8 / HCV or other subsidized housing programs in LA County
· Working knowledge of HAP contracts, RFTA process, and inspection requirements
· Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and requirements
· Comfortable moving fast across a multi-property portfolio
· Spanish speaking a plus
· Ability to travel across the LA market
