Description
Apprentice Valve Technician should have a basic operational and mechanical background pertinent to the oil and gas industry. Under close supervision the Apprentice Technician will develop a basic working knowledge on Pressure Relief Valves and the ability to perform mechanical, diagnostic and analytical skills in a customer service based environment.
Duties
• Assist Valve Tecnician in performing preventive and corrective field mechanical service on Pressure Relief Valves, Thief Hatches and other equipment on site at client locations. • Represent company in a professional manner • Responsible for maintaining a company vehicle if assigned one. • Adhere to all company and government HSE regulations. • Attend required HSE meetings. • Complete and submit all documentation promptly. • Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7 coverage. • Travel International domestic and international as required.

Must be able to pass a drug screen Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean driving record Must live in the Carlsbad, New Mexico area
