As a project engineer at Thermosystems, your primary responsibility will be putting together HVAC equipment selections, cost estimates, and submittals. You’ll work on a fast-paced applied sales team assisting engineers and contractors in the design and execution of HVAC projects for new facilities, additions, and renovation projects. Thermosystems provides a comprehensive training program covering HVAC fundamentals and manufacturer specific training for new team members.
Responsibilities
- Generate accurate cost estimates and proposals for HVAC equipment and related systems
- Analyze plans, specifications, and other construction documentation to prepare cost estimates
- Assist the sales team with HVAC equipment selections for engineers and contractors in professional and timely manner
- Prepare technical documentation for equipment selections/submittals
- Learn and stay current on HVAC product applications for the manufacturers we represent
- Develop relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and customers
- Ability to collaborate in team-driven environment
- All other duties assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical engineering or related discipline) is required.
- Proven experience in an engineering role is required.
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
