We are looking for a warm and welcoming individual to become a part of our team at Quality Inn & Suites-Sandusky we are looking for 3pm-11pm. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to be detail-oriented when necessary. A successful candidate will be able to balance multiple tasks, from welcoming guests and checking them in, to preparing in-room amenities, handling cash transactions and operating the hotel's technology systems.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet people as they enter the building.
- Meet and greet customers coming in for a visit.
- Answer questions regarding company policies and procedures.
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Answer inbound calls for other departments.
- Maintain security of the building.
- Support meetings, by taking meeting room reservations, recording minutes, distributing minutes, etc.
Pay: $14.00 - $14.25 per hour

Experience:
