Duties:
- Perform pest control services for residential and commercial customers in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas
- Refer sales to company to earn commissions
- Work independently to complete route for the day
- Be responsible for collection of payments
- Use customer service soft skills while working with the clients
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, products used, and time spent on each job.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of smartphone applications and maps applications is helpful
- Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment safely.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
