Compensation: Performance-based pay with earning potential equivalent to approximately $18-$25+ per hour, based on efficiency, job type, and customer tips.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards
- Follow cleaning checklists and procedures
- Deliver exceptional attention to detail
- Arrive on time and communicate professionally
- Treat clients' homes with care and respect
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites throughout Hudson and Bergen County
- Smartphone with access to text, email, and scheduling applications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Residential cleaning experience preferred but not required (we provide training)
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
