SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing support to the Accounting Supervisor & Chief Financial Officer in all phases of accounting.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Computerized biweekly and weekly payroll processing under Paycom and related reports.

Obtain daily sales reports from each retail operation for reporting purposes. Verify cash deposits from
stores using DRT summary.

Advises CEO and CFO of daily bank balances for various accounts and maintains working knowledge of the general ledger and payroll updates.

Must be able to do Paycom reconciliations and be able to perform audit trails.

Performs other duties assigned by the Accounting Supervisor and/or CFO to ensure effective and efficient accounting department operation.

Other duties in support of other departments, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma preferably with accounting and computer training.

Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll reports; preferably under the Paycom platform.

Ability to accurately post journal entries and be detail oriented in all accounting procedures.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Typing 35 wpm +. Good communication skills, to deal with public on the phone and in person.
- Ability to handle multiple clerical duties.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.

Must maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
