Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead Consultant $80/HR C2C About the job Job Title: Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead Consultant Location: Memphis, TN Duration: 12-Month Contract We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Lead Consultant to support a high-impact Oracle Fusion implementation. • Lead the Oracle Fusion Payroll workstream for a full lifecycle implementation • Drive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of payroll modules • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions • Manage payroll data conversion, validation, and reconciliation • Oversee and support year-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations • Lead and coordinate SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing cycles • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively develop mitigation strategies • Provide leadership, guidance, and best practices to functional and technical teams • Ensure successful integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Time & Labor) • Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer Required Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong focus on Oracle Fusion Payroll • Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations • Hands-on experience with year-end payroll processing (W-2s, tax updates, balancing, etc.) • Strong understanding of U.S. payroll legislation, tax compliance, and reporting • Experience with payroll data migration, integrations, and reconciliation Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with multi-state payroll environments • Exposure to Time & Labor, Absence Management, or Benefits modules • Oracle certifications in HCM or Payroll
