looking to hire experienced meat cutter.
Traditional butcher shop using hanging farm fresh meat, not boxed meat.
Ideal candidate will have butchering experience, able to process beef pork and lamb. Take pride in their counter presentation and cleanliness. Must be able to work independently. drug and drama free.
30-40 hrs a week. Opportunity to do some cooking, sausage making and smoked products as well.
