What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule TikTok LIVE battles between blu creators.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Organize internal battle campaigns, tournaments, competitions, and special events.
- Develop cross-agency and international battle opportunities for blu creators.
- Match creators based on performance level, audience size, availability, goals, and time zones.
- Manage battle schedules using the Blu Pro platform as well as Google Sheets and other internal tracking systems.
- Communicate with creators before, during, and after campaigns to ensure participation and success.
- Track battle participation, campaign performance, and creator engagement.
- Monitor creator diamond performance and identify opportunities to increase earnings and participation.
- Coordinate schedules across multiple time zones and ensure battles are set up accurately.
- Recruit external creators and agencies to participate in battle initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with creator managers and leadership to support creator growth goals.
- Assist in developing new battle concepts, events, and engagement campaigns.
- Report directly to the Head of Operations and maintain regular communication regarding battle activity, campaign performance, and creator participation.
- Attend one weekly team meeting and be available during core hours between 11 AM and 3 PM Central Time.
Who You Are
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
- Comfortable coordinating schedules and communicating with creators throughout the day.
- Strong relationship-builder who enjoys networking and connecting people.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, and other organizational tools.
- Able to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and conversations at once.
- Detail-oriented and capable of tracking creator participation and campaign performance.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Able to coordinate creators across different countries and time zones.
- Located in a Central or Mountain Time Zone region (Utah or similar preferred) for easy team communication and event support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TikTok, TikTok LIVE, or live streaming platforms.
- Experience in influencer management, creator partnerships, talent coordination, event coordination, or community management.
- Understanding of TikTok LIVE battle culture and creator monetization.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or social media communities.
- Familiarity with Discord, Google Workspace, and creator management tools.
- Existing relationships within the livestreaming or creator economy space are a plus.
Success Metrics
- Number of battles scheduled monthly.
- Creator participation rate.
- Number of cross-agency and international battles secured.
- Battle campaign completion rate.
- Month-over-month diamond growth across participating creators.
- Month-over-month diamond growth for blu.
- Creator engagement and retention within battle campaigns.
