NOTE: This role is seasonal and works from August to approximately May each year. Year-round positions may be offered based on business needs and performance.
Shift: Full time, daylight, 7:30am to 4:00pm
Production Team Member Responsibilities:
- Participating in the production line
- Placing and/or removing items on a moving belt
- Inspecting and ensuring quality and size specifications of each piece
- Bagging products for distribution, attaching labels, and packaging finished products for shipment or storage
- Ensuring personal and work areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Maintaining record-keeping as required
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines as directed by management
- Performing other duties as directed by the supervisor
Production Team Member Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds, walk, bend, turn, twist, reach for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Production experience preferred but not required as on-the-job training is provided
