The Enterprise Programs Manager is responsible for supporting revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency through the management of E-Rate and Rural Health Care (RHC) programs, strategic sales support, customer relationship management, and cross-functional business operations initiatives. This position serves as a key liaison between customers, consultants, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure successful execution of opportunities and ongoing program compliance. The role also provides operational support and coverage for Quote Desk and Business Operations functions as business needs dictate.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the E-Rate and Rural Health Care (RHC) programs, including application cycles, customer communications, consultant coordination, and compliance requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing E-Rate and RHC customers to support retention, contract renewals, and future growth opportunities.

Identify, research, and cultivate new E-Rate and RHC opportunities through networking, industry events, market analysis, and relationship-building activities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for E-Rate and RHC consultants, ensuring timely communication and successful program administration.

Support Enterprise Sales initiatives through strategic analysis, market research, customer bill reviews, and development of pricing recommendations.

Prepare reports regarding program performance, growth opportunities, and operational initiatives.

Cross-trained to provide support for Business Operations and Quote Desk teams as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience with E-Rate, Rural Health Care (RHC), government funding programs, telecommunications, or technology services preferred.

Knowledge in analytical problem solving, with the ability to distill key insights from multiple data sources

Ability to make financially sound business decisions based on profitability models

High proficiency with standard PC office tools

Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills; interfaces well with multiple disciplines
