Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Fully Remote (Virginia) | 1099 Independent Contractor
Pay: $55–$60 per completed 53+ minute psychotherapy session (90837) or intake assessment (90791) based on experience.
This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Clinicians establish their own availability while maintaining consistent weekly availability as their caseload develops.

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth
- Complete comprehensive intake assessments and establish diagnoses
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Complete progress notes within 24 hours of each session
- Communicate professionally with administrative staff regarding scheduling and client care
- Maintain all required licensure, professional liability insurance, and continuing education
Caseload Expectation
Clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum 10 sessions per week once their caseload is established. Caseloads are built gradually based on clinician availability, client demand, clinical fit, and referral volume.
Applicants should have consistent weekly availability and an interest in developing and maintaining an ongoing outpatient caseload.
Qualifications
- Active unrestricted Virginia license as one of the following:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Ability to practice independently in Virginia
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
