Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a fun and memorable experience.
- Operate and troubleshoot arcade games and equipment, ensuring all stations are functioning properly.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism, including resolving conflicts quickly and effectively.
- Assist in organizing and overseeing special events or tournaments within the arcade area to boost guest engagement.
- Handle cash transactions accurately at game stations or redemption counters, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, organized environment to promote guest safety and comfort.
- Support food service or hospitality functions as needed, including assisting with snack bar operations or guest inquiries about amenities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking or host small group activities.
- Experience working with children and managing diverse guest needs in a lively environment.
- Skills in conflict management to handle guest concerns professionally and calmly.
- Knowledge of event management or organizing group activities is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Lifeguard experience or certification is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn safety protocols is essential.
