Signature Health Services is a home health agency located in Baytown with 30 years of excellence serving Houston and the surrounding communities. We are currently looking for certified nurses aides in the our Houston service area.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong Work Ethic
- Active Texas CNA certification
- Current Texas Driver License, Auto Insurance, and CPR
- Verifiable past employment and references
- Home Health experience required
- Kinnser experience required
- Willing to drive the territory
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Essential Job Functions:- Provide direct patient care under direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care- Provide necessary skills to assist the patient with safe transfers and ambulation per Agency policy.- Provide necessary skill to appropriately report changes and document pertinent information and care rendered to patient to ensure continuity of care.- Practice accepted infection control principles.- Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.- Provide environment that promotes respect for patient, privacy, and property.- Provide necessary skill to assist the patient with proper nutrition and adequate fluid intake.- Provide skills necessary to perform treatments and procedures according to agency policy.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
