The Manager of Photography is responsible for taking pictures of the first-team players. A beautiful job for any fútbol fan and a dream job for any photographer. The responsibility includes capturing moments and creating images that may become part of culture and last forever.
The successful candidate will also work on various Marketing and Community events, organize content, and edit imagery.
Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary photographer for Inter Miami’s players.

Photograph all home and away MLS, Concacaf, and Leagues Cup games, weekly training sessions, on-site and off-site events (clinics, community events, autograph signings, etc.), team and executive portraits, corporate partner signage, promotions, and marketing elements, both in-season and during the offseason.

Work with various departments within the club's business operations to ensure their needs are properly executed where appropriate.

Organize, manage, and process all internal and external photography and imaging requests.

Create, organize, and maintain all past, current, and future photos in the archiving system.

Manage archival system to enhance internal workflow and cross-department access.

Record appropriate engagement and activity with corporate partners to enhance their brand influence.

Work within the creative team to organize content, stage photography, and edit imagery in support of specific themes, styles, and influences related to brand values.

Help to develop campaigns and styles for marketing and collateral.

Attend and proactively participate in weekly staff and interdepartmental meetings.

Stay current with emerging photography technologies and trends.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-10 years of sports photography experience.

Must be bilingual.

A portfolio showing examples of past work and breadth of capabilities.

Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Experience in photo filing/archiving is required.

Knowledge of and deep passion for fútbol.

Creative storytelling ability.

Work quickly and accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.

Good judgment in the decision-making process.

Ability to work through problems efficiently and courteously.

Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally (as needed) for games, friendlies, etc.
Physical Demands:

Must be able to move and lift up to 30 pounds.

This position requires work inside and outside the building, some exposure to adverse conditions, and sitting, standing, and walking for several hours at a time.
