Riding 5 E-Bike Shop is a growing electric bicycle retailer with 8 locations across the Los Angeles area. We are looking for an experienced e-bike mechanic to join our team and help lead one of our retail stores.
This position is ideal for someone who has hands-on bicycle or e-bike repair experience, strong customer service skills, and a sales-oriented mindset.
Work Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday: Closed
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced e-bike mechanic to lead one of our electric bicycle retail stores. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining e-bikes, while also overseeing daily store operations and ensuring that customers receive a top-tier shopping experience.
You will also help drive sales performance, maintain store inventory, coordinate promotional activities, and support the store in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, diagnose, repair, and maintain e-bikes
- Achieve sales targets and help grow store revenue through proactive sales strategies
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and store cleanliness
- Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee inventory management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve store performance
- Coordinate with the corporate office on product promotions, store displays, and reporting
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bicycle or e-bike mechanic is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bicycle or e-bike repair, assembly, and maintenance
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage daily store operations independently
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $48,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
