Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences on every occasion.

Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation

Responsible for training and development of all team members.

Role model and coach, and hold team members accountable for standards.
Assistant Manager Qualifications:

One or more years of management experience, preferably in a fashion forward boutique

Familiarity and comfort with sales in excess of $2 million annually

Supremely organized and extremely good at multitasking

Assistant Manager Benefits

A base salary of $37 to $42K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40-hour work week)
