Available Driver Opportunities
CDL A & B Delivery Driver (Morning Shift)
Starting Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hour depending on experience
Schedule: 4:00 AM Start | Full-Time | Weekends Required
Deliver perishable food products to customer locations across Oʻahu while maintaining accurate deliveries, completing vehicle inspections, and providing excellent customer service.
CDL B Delivery Driver (Mid-Day Shift)
Starting Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hour depending on experience
Schedule: 10:30 AM Start | Full-Time | Weekends Required
Safely operate a 26-foot straight truck to deliver products to customer locations throughout Oʻahu. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy working independently while ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time.
Air Freight Driver (CDL A or B)
Starting Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hour depending on experience
Full-Time Schedule: 7:00 AM Start | Weekends Required
Part-Time Schedule: 3:00 PM-5:00 PM Start | 8-Hour Shifts | Weekends Required
Transport air freight cargo between airport cargo facilities and HFA warehouse operations while assisting with loading, unloading, and shipment verification in refrigerated warehouse environments.
CDL B Delivery Driver (Evening Shift)
Starting Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hour depending on experience
Schedule: 4:30 PM Start | 4-Day Work Week (4 x 10-Hour Shifts) | Weekends Required
Deliver food products to businesses throughout Oʻahu while enjoying an extra day off each week. This position includes local routes, weekly pay, and excellent benefits.
CDL A Container Driver
Starting Pay: $30.00/hour
Schedule: Early Morning Start | Full-Time | Weekends Required
Transport 40-45-foot shipping containers between local ports, distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations while supporting HFA's logistics network throughout Oʻahu.
What You'll Do
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
- Safely operate CDL Class A or B commercial vehicles
- Deliver food products, freight, or shipping containers throughout Oʻahu
- Load and unload products using pallet jacks, lift gates, dollies, and other material handling equipment
- Verify product counts, invoices, credits, and delivery documentation
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain DOT, OSHA, PUC, and company safety compliance
- Plan and complete delivery routes safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, warehouse teams, and management
- Report maintenance issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly
- Assist with warehouse or freight operations when assigned
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B License
- Current PUC Medical Certificate (or ability to obtain, depending on the position)
- Clean and verifiable driving record
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability
Preferred Qualifications
Depending on the position, the following may be required or preferred:
- Experience operating 26-foot straight trucks
- Experience hauling 40-45-foot shipping containers
- Current TWIC Card or ability to obtain one
- Air Brake Endorsement
- Knowledge of local Oʻahu delivery and heavy-weight routes
- Experience with airport cargo or port operations
- Experience securing loads using straps, chains, or related equipment
