Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marina Regional Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple marina locations in the Northeast region in NY, NJ, and DE. Duties
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all marina operations within the Northeast region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and standards.
- Manage executive-level teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute regional business plans focused on growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee operational management including budgeting, financial performance analysis, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Lead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and key stakeholders to secure favorable agreements that support regional objectives.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand marina services, increase client engagement, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to monitor performance metrics, optimize workflows, and enhance service delivery.
- Lead process improvements by evaluating current practices and introducing innovative solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Requirements
