Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across active construction sites
- Oversee crews and subcontractors to maintain production, organization, and accountability
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project specifications
- Maintain project schedules and immediately address field delays or issues
- Conduct regular jobsite inspections for quality, safety, and progress
- Communicate daily with leadership and project management regarding job status
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites at all times
- Identify and resolve field-related problems quickly and professionally
- Ensure strong communication between field teams, office, subcontractors, and clients
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Superintendent, or field leadership role in construction
- Strong understanding of framing, roofing, siding, renovations, and general construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving projects and maintain control in the field
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to jobsites across Massachusetts
- Fluent in English
- Spanish bilingual is a strong plus
Compensation: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
