What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients’ homes using naturalistic, evidence-based methods
- Use play and daily routines to build communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Follow individualized programs and data collection systems designed by your supervisor
- Communicate with the clinical team using in-person and Telehealth formats as needed
- Support each child in building independence, joy, and meaningful progress
Who We’re Looking For
- Lives in or near Stockton or Lodi, or within ~25 minutes of surrounding cities listed above
- Availability required: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Mon–Fri preferred)
- 6+ months experience with children or individuals with developmental delays (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or RBT certification (preferred)
- Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Able to pass DOJ/FBI background check
- Open to feedback, collaboration, and ongoing skill development
- Physically able to engage in play-based services (e.g., floor time, sitting, running)
- Bilingual applicants encouraged
