As a Warehouse Replenishment, you will be an essential component of the DOUGLAS Shipping Department, providing invaluable support to the very heart of our organization—making sure everyone gets a plush friend on time.
Job Title: Warehouse Replenishment, reports to Warehouse Manager
Starting Wage $19.00 Review in 3 months. Performance Review & Pay Increase Opportunity at 45 Days: Demonstrating exceptional performance and skills within your first 45 days will qualify you for a pay increase. We value and reward dedication and hard work.
Responsibilities include:
- Inventory of picking floor stock
- replenishment of stock for picking floor
Skills Needed:
- Work independently with attention to detail
- Basic math ability
- Good hand/eye coordination
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and stack 15 to 30 lb boxes
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Some repetitive hand work
- Must be able to frequently push and pull industrial carts both loaded and unloaded, across surfaces such as concrete or warehouse flooring.
- Ability to maintain proper control and maneuverability of the cart during order-picking activities.
- This task may require repetitive movements, bending, and walking for extended periods.
