- Seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and hardworking individual with Commercial Construction experience. Will be essentially over job, working directly with crew leaders.
- Supervise and manage the onsite erection of prefabicated metal building projects over 40k square feet and larger, in all types of weather; including but not limited to raising, placing and uniting iron or steel girders, columns and other structural members to form completed structures or structural frameworks.
- Will be responsible for making sure projects stay on schedule, and that job is being performed as laid out in contract documents.
- Coordinate, plan, schedule, and ensure site safety standards per OSHA.
- Continually build positive rapport while maintaining effective relationships with owners, customers, inspectors, suppliers and employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
