The parent arrived with questions about everything! What the dentist was recommending, what insurance might cover, how many appointments their child would need, and whether treatment could realistically fit into the family’s schedule and budget. The child was nervous, the parent was overwhelmed, and neither of them knew what should happen next.
Our Treatment Coordinator sat down with the family and took it one step at a time. She explained the treatment plan in a way that made sense, reviewed the financial options clearly, answered the parent’s questions, and helped coordinate the appointments around the family’s needs. She also made sure they understood how today’s care connected to their child’s long-term dental health, including when an orthodontic evaluation might become part of the plan.
Before leaving, the parent smiled and said, “Thank you for taking the time to explain everything. I was so overwhelmed when we walked in, and now I feel like we have a plan.”
That is what great treatment coordination looks like. It is more than discussing fees or finding a place on the schedule. It is helping families feel heard, informed, and confident about the care their child needs.
We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who wants to create more moments like this! Someone who communicates with warmth and confidence, pays attention to the details, follows through, and understands that every treatment plan represents a family trusting us to help guide the way.
If that sounds like the kind of work you want to be part of, please send us your résumé. We would love to meet you.
