Job Summary
The Drywall Field Foreman is responsible for supervising field personnel on commercial and/or residential drywall projects. This role coordinates daily job site activities, manages labor and materials, ensures compliance with safety regulations, and maintains quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate drywall/tape/texture installation crews on assigned projects.
- Ensure drywall, framing, insulation, and finishing work meets company and customer quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and productivity to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
- Inspect completed work and address deficiencies or punch-list items.
- Order and manage job site materials, tools, and equipment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, timecards, and progress documentation.
- Resolve job site issues and communicate project updates to management.
Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
