Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and related mechanical systems across various properties. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment including air conditioning units, boilers, ammonia refrigeration systems, and other mechanical components.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure precise system setup and modifications.
- Conduct field service operations involving appliance repair, property maintenance tasks, welding, equipment repair, and system upgrades.
- Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including inspection reports, repair logs, and system performance records.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards; proactively identify potential hazards or system failures.
- Operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle safely for transportation to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws.
Experience
- Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems with a strong background in construction environments.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems including ammonia refrigeration and air conditioning units.
- Mechanical experience with plumbing systems, boiler operation, welding techniques, and appliance repairs.
- Familiarity with schematics interpretation and HVAC design principles for effective troubleshooting and installation.
- Hands-on experience in field service roles involving property maintenance or equipment repair across commercial or industrial settings.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical troubleshooting.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
