Due to continued growth, our busy collision center is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. If you're committed to quality repairs, take pride in your workmanship, and want to work in a well-equipped, high-volume shop, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Repair collision-damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications
- Remove, repair, and replace damaged body panels and components
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs using proper tools and equipment
- Ensure every repair meets the highest quality and safety standards
- Conduct quality inspections before vehicles move to the next stage of repair
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and fellow technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional experience as an Auto Body Technician
- Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and procedures
- I-CAR, ASE certifications, and frame repair experience are a plus and may qualify for higher compensation
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
