We are looking for a driven and motivated Sales Representative to help convert incoming mitigation opportunities into signed jobs. Unlike traditional outside sales positions, the leads are already being generated through our referral network and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility is building trust with homeowners, explaining our services, overcoming objections, and closing the sale.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, is confident in face-to-face sales, and wants unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners following water, fire, mold, or other property losses.
- Explain the mitigation and restoration process.
- Build trust and confidence with customers during a stressful time.
- Present service agreements and secure signed work authorizations.
- Follow up on unsold opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate notes and communication within company systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and closing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Restoration, mitigation, roofing, solar, HVAC, or in-home sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
