Sales and Marketing Assistant
Doral based produce distribution company seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and responsible individual for available sales and marketing assistant functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work directly with VP of Sales and Marketing.
- Prepare and send spreadsheets as required.
- Assist with sales calls/orders
- Assist with weekly pricing schedules
- Preparing and reviewing Sales Analysis and Recaps
- Assist in preparing Sales Presentations
- Preparing PowerPoint Presentations of Merchandised Store Sets

Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Well organized and ability to manage time well.
- Good mathematical and analytical skills.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Good verbal and writing communicational skills
- Problem solving
