We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Customer Services & Cashier to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, demonstrations, and selections
- Delivered prompt, courteous customer service, answered shopper questions, and supported a positive checkout experience.
- Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions
- Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cashiering, and cash drawer management with precision
- Upsell products and promote store promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-merchandised
- Balanced multiple responsibilities while following store procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and meeting daily service expectations.
- Processed cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining an organized checkout area during busy shifts.
- Provide product demos and share detailed product knowledge to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Assist in inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting stock checks as neededRequirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in grocery or similar store environments
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are a plus
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and customer service best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for balancing cash drawers and processing transactions efficiently

Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
