Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Parking Garage Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Garage Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the parking garage, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for all customers and vehicles. This position requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter and exit the parking garage, providing assistance with locating available spaces, parking guidance, and information about rates or services.
- Monitoring: Monitor the flow of vehicles in and out of the parking garage, ensuring smooth traffic management and adherence to safety protocols.
- Parking Management: Direct vehicles to available parking spots, ensuring efficient use of space and adherence to parking regulations.
- Safety and Security: Ensure the safety of all parked vehicles and customers by maintaining security within the garage and reporting any suspicious activity or incidents.
- Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and reporting any damage or maintenance issues within the garage.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers with lost tickets, parking disputes, or other concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
