Automotive Repair Shop Service Advisor / General Manager
Six-Figure Sales Leadership Opportunity - This is a SALES position that also manages the shop.
Amazing Auto Repair & Transmission is hiring an exceptional Automotive Service Advisor who also has the leadership ability to manage daily shop operations.
This is not an operations-only management job.
Your primary responsibility is building customer trust, presenting repair recommendations, overcoming objections, and consistently closing sales with honesty and professionalism.
If you are a good manager but not a strong automotive salesperson, this is not the right position. If you are a high-producing Service Advisor who can also lead people, manage workflow, and drive shop performance, we want to talk with you.
What You’ll Do
- Sales
- Present estimates and close recommended repairs
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Lead, coach, and hold employees accountable
- Manage workflow and technician productivity
- Monitor sales, gross profit, car count, and other KPIs
- Help recruit and develop a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven automotive Service Advisor sales success
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Automotive management or leadership experience
- Excellent communication and customer-service ability
- Organized, accountable, and process-driven
- Comfortable managing shop performance and P&L
