TPE Logistics Solutions is hiring experienced box truck drivers and appliance delivery professionals for a white-glove home delivery operation serving Lowe’s customers through RXO.
This is a full-time W-2 employee position.
This is not a basic curbside or doorstep delivery position. We are looking for dependable, experienced professionals who understand residential appliance delivery, customer service, product handling, and property protection.
Each vehicle will operate with a two-person delivery team. Both employees assigned to the vehicle must be qualified, willing, and able to drive when needed.

Pay and Incentives
- Base pay of $200 per day, per employee

What You Will Do
- Safely operate a company-provided 26-foot box truck while completing scheduled residential appliance deliveries.
- Work effectively as part of a two-person delivery team.
- Deliver appliances and other large products into customers’ homes using white-glove service standards.
- Load, unload, carry, move, and properly secure appliances and merchandise.
- Inspect products before delivery and immediately report any damage or discrepancies.
- Protect customers’ floors, walls, doorways, furniture, and other property during deliveries.
- Complete basic appliance placement, connection, or installation services when required and authorized by the delivery order.
- Remove packaging materials and haul-away items when included in the customer’s order.
- Use a handheld device for navigation, routing, customer delivery information, photographs, scans, and electronic proof of delivery.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and management.
- Complete delivery documentation, photographs, inspection reports, and electronic proof-of-delivery requirements.
- Follow all DOT requirements, company safety procedures, traffic laws, and customer-service standards.
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing TPE Logistics Solutions, RXO, and Lowe’s at customer locations.
- Provide respectful, professional, and customer-focused service during every delivery.
- Work additional hours when needed during high-volume periods.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have previous appliance-delivery or white-glove delivery experience.
- Have experience driving a box truck or similar commercial delivery vehicle.
- Be able and willing to drive as part of a two-person delivery crew.
- Have a valid United States driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Have a current and active DOT medical card.
- Be able to pass all required background checks, motor vehicle record checks, drug screenings, and employment qualification requirements.
- Be able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver heavy appliances with a partner and proper equipment.
- Be physically capable of lifting at least 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and working in different weather conditions.
- Be comfortable using appliance dollies, hand trucks, straps, ramps, liftgates, and other delivery equipment.
- Be able to use a handheld device for navigation, routing, scans, photographs, and delivery information.
- Be able to work inside customers’ homes while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude.
- Have reliable transportation to and from the designated Savannah-area work location.
- Be dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and customer-focused.
- Be available to work until the assigned delivery route is completed.
- Be able to work additional hours during high-volume periods.
- Be willing and able to work as a W-2 employee of TPE Logistics Solutions.
A CDL is not required for this position. However, all drivers must meet company, insurance, DOT, and customer qualification requirements.
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in:
- Lowe’s, RXO, or similar appliance-delivery operations
- Residential white-glove delivery
- Driving 26-foot box trucks
- Refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, and range delivery
- Appliance installation or connection procedures
- Furniture or large-item delivery
- Final-mile or last-mile delivery
- Electronic delivery applications and proof-of-delivery systems
- Working as part of a two-person delivery crew
