Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and professional Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team in a permanent part-time in office position. The ideal candidate will possess strong bookkeeping, administrative, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Duties
- Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring all information is recorded correctly and processed efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle general office inquiries in a professional and courteous manner..
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize, maintain, and update filing systems, ensuring easy access to company records and information.
- Monitor and coordinate office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company procedures.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or a related role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
