Position Summary:
The right candidate will be organized, self-motivated and understand the importance of a safe working environment. Will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, and other items using different types of materials including wood, ceramic, drywall and steel. Work with blueprints or instructions from supervisors, with various materials such as wood, metal framing, ceramic tiling, drop ceilings, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall. Utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to erect or repair structures. Install cabinets and molding. Replace panes of glass, ceiling tiles, and doors. Install partitions, doors, and windows. Required Experience and Education:
- Must be willing and able to commute to various job sites (mainly in northeast Ohio).
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 3+ years related experience preferred.
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the position and safety requirements.
- Proven ability to multi task.
- Adhere to company safety standards.
- Works well in a collaborative/team environment.
- Consistently meets deadlines.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40-50 lbs.
- Able to work Full-time/ First shift
