Industrial Engineer Details:
-
Direct Hire position
-
$60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annually
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
-
Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify inefficiencies.
-
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows.
-
Conduct time and motion studies, simulations, and data analysis to streamline workflows.
-
Design and implement LEAN practices (Value Stream Mapping, Continuous flow, Workplace organization 5S, Cycle time, takt time studies, Ergonomic, Define Waste, TPM program).

Lead Kaizen events to find potential improvements.
-
Develop and implement work instructions and train team members.
-
Enforce quality control procedures to reduce waste and resolve production issues.
-
Develop management control systems for cost analysis and financial planning.
-
Estimate production costs and evaluate cost-saving methods.
-
Design and improve facility layouts, material flow, and ergonomics.
-
Utilize CAD tools to design layouts and optimize space utilization.
-
Analyze inventory levels, logistics networks, and distribution strategies.

Lead improvement projects, set timelines, and manage budgets.
-
Evaluate employee tasks and develop standardized operating procedures.
Industrial Engineer Qualifications:
-
1-3 years Manufacturing experience (Required)
-
B.S. in Engineering (Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineer) (Preferred)

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and lean principles.

Proficiency in CAD, statistical analysis tools, and MS Office.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management abilities.

Work experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or Operations (Required)

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Leadership skills to conduct continuous improvement workshops and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Excellent problem-solving skills
-
Works effectively on a team or individually
